Super Heroes and Weddings

I got to work on a really cool Marvel Super Hero cake this weekend.  The bottom was funfetti with vanilla buttercream and a strawberry puree while the top was a dummy tier of foam.  I also got to try modeling chocolate really for the first time with the Hulk hand on top.  

Another cartoon cake I got to do was a Booba cake.  Never heard of it?  Me neither till this request.  Booba debuted on Youtube and was picked up on Netflix if you want to check it out.  

I also got to make a very yummy wedding cake.  It's a spiced cake with cinnamon and nutmeg, vanilla buttercream and a cinnamon brown sugar crumble between layers.  I kinda want to make it again this weekend.
