Nintendo Switch

It's been a while since I posted!!  I have had a least 4 cakes every weekend and I have fallen behind on the blog portion of this website!

But I got to do a pretty cool cake the other weekend that I wanted to share.  It's a Nintendo Switch and the original cake had a rice paper scene with a little food coloring and fondant work.  I don't have the capability to print on rice paper so I needed to improvise!  Mario is all in fondant and the background is edible ink marker!
